2. Services Refund Policy
Due to the customized and personalized nature of our automotive services, refunds are not available once work has begun.
Non-Refundable Services Include (but are not limited to):
- Car wrapping
- Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Window tinting
- Car detailing
- Custom graphics & printing
- Body kits and tuning
- Custom exhaust systems
- Forged wheel customization
Once materials are ordered, prepared, or installed, the service is considered non-refundable.
3. Deposits
- Deposits are required to secure bookings and cover materials and preparation costs.
- Deposits are non-refundable once the project has been confirmed.
- In case of cancellation before work begins, deposits may be refunded only at the discretion of ART WRAP 2.0 S.R.L.S.
4. Product Refunds (Shop Purchases)
Refunds for physical products may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided
Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@artwrapcustom.it.
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
- ART WRAP 2.0 S.R.L.S is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
7. No-Show & Late Cancellation
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in loss of deposit.
- Late cancellations may also be subject to partial or full charges.
